2024 WOP Improvements
 
   1. Pressure washed sidewalks, pavilion and pool areas
   
   2. Pressure washed and whitewashed front entry fencing (Pool side)

   3. Laid new mulch at the playground, outside Tennis courts, pavilion entrance and other common areas

   4. Planted new flowers/shrubs at entrances

   5. Had county install "Right Turn Only" on Dean Road at entrances

   6. County replaced all dirty street and stop signs inside WOP with new, brighter, cleaner signs

   7. Negotiated new wifi speed and cost with Spectrum, increased 300mbps to 500mbps, cost reduced monthly

   8. Replaced lighting in Tennis court

   9. County replaced broken sidewalk on Rowe Oak Ct ​​




2023 WOP Improvements

    1.  Pool room / pool pump – new  PVC / manifolds / valves  and chlorine feeder to bring pool pump up to code
 
    2.  Caulking in between pool coping and pool patio replaced
 
    3.  Purchased and installed new pool cover 
 
    4. Pressure washed sidewalks, Pavilion and pool patio
 
    5.  Clean-up day – laid mulch at playground, tennis courts, Pavilion entrance and all other common areas. 
 
    6.  Planted all 4 entrances with new shrubs / bushes and flowers
 
    7.  Installed 5th camera on pool area
 
    8.  Installed new light  / fan and light switch in Pavilion
 
    9.  New BBQ grates in brick grill at Pavilion
 
   10. Resurfaced and painted  tennis / pickle ball courts
 
   11.  Purchased 30 new commercial hotel grade pool lounge chairs

   12.  Installed new hoops / nets on basketball courts
   
   


2022 WOP Improvements
