White Oak Place has an optional membership HOA. We offer 4 membership options designed to meet the various budget and activity needs of our residents:

While we do not have our own covenants and restrictions, we do work with Gwinnett County to enforce the Property Maintenance Ordinance of the Gwinnett County Police Quality of Life Unit.

Use of ALL recreational facilities including:

Memberships fees are used to support the amenities and common areas including the front entrance lights, landscaping, taxes and utilities.
