​Information for Renters:

Welcome to the neighborhood! We take pride in our subdivision,
and look forward to meeting you and your family.

Please note that all properties must be maintained in good
condition per Gwinnett County regulations. As a renter, you may
be eligible to use the WOP recreational facilities. It depends upon
two things:

1) Is your landlord an HOA member in good standing?

2) Are the annual facilities fees paid?
 

Please inquire with your landlord about their HOA membership
status, and if they are not a member in good standing, request
that they correct this issue so you and your family can become
eligible to use the facilities. Once that is resolved, you can sign up
for the facilities fees as a renter and process the payment to
receive the keys. Many times the landlord will pay for the facilities
fees as an incentive to renters, so please check with them
beforehand.
